Shanghai Xian - Provincial History Museum ,the Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Take morning flight from Shanghai to Xi’an. Upon arrival, be met & transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon take an half day city tour of the excellent Provincial History Museum (Close on Monday) and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of China’s most famous Buddhist pagodas, built in the 7th century to house the Buddhist scriptures that Xuanzang (Tripitaka) brought back from his epic journey to India. Take some time to wander the temple complex with its several large halls, Buddhist statues and murals.

Xian - the Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Springs

Today, visit one of China’s most famous sights - the Terracotta Warriors. Each figure is unique with different facial expressions and battle attire. The painstaking repair and excavation continues in three pits which are protected inside huge hangars. After lunch, head to the Huaqing Hot Springs located near the foot of Mount Lishan. A favourite spot of respite for the early Emperors and their concubines and famous for an ancient romance story and the Chiang Kai Shek incident. This evening, be treated to an optional tour of dumpling dinner followed by the spectacular Tang dynasty show. The most luxurious theater restaurant in Xi’an providing wide range of dumplings with breathtaking experience show.

Xi’an  Beijing - City Walls, Muslim Quarter

Spend the morning exploring Xi’an’s City Walls. These walls are the oldest and best preserved city wall fortifications in China, with construction first beginning in the Ming dynasty when the Emperor ordered enhancements to be built around the original Tang dynasty wall. There is the option to hire bikes and ride along the top of the wall, weather permitting. You’ll also explore the winding alleys of the Muslim Quarter with its unique Great Mosque, the first mosque to be built in China and a unique architectural blend of Islamic and Chinese styles. Sample the food or shop for souvenirs in this bustling bazaar area. Ater that, transfer to airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival at Beijing airport, meet local tour guide and transfer to hotel for check in.

Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace

After breakfasts, the tour guide will show will show you to Tiananmen Square. From there you will pass through the Heavenly Gate and enter the Forbidden City - home to the Emperors of China for close to 600 years. The imperial history of China will unfold before your eyes as you explore the huge compound which is filled with an intricate network of halls, gardens, courtyards and living quarters. In the afternoon, escape to the tranquil gardens and lakeside pavilions of the Summer Palace, surrounded by sweeping arched bridges, hilltop temples, galleries, courtyards and royal residences. Afterwards you will explore the Shichahai area, an older section of Beijing In the evening, you can take an optional tour of Beijing dunk dinner to experience the delicious duck.

Mutianyu Great Wall - Mutianyu Great Wall, Olympic venues

No visit the Bejing is complete without seeing the Great Wall! Take a morning drive out to less-visited Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Wall of China is an awe-inspiring site. A cable car will take you to the top where you can walk along the wall, through the ancient watch towers, and enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. You will also take the cable car down to the foot. On the way back to your hotel, you will stop over at Beijing's Olympic venues. Get a first-hand look at two of the world’s most fascinating architectural designs. Take a walk around the bubble like glass of the Water Cube and stand by the wiry enclosure of the Bird’s Nest, the Olympic’s most prominent venue. The evening can be ended with an optional tour of Beijing opera show, Kong Fu show or Acrobatic show.

Beijing  Shanghai Temple of Heaven, Hutong tour

In the morning you will visit the stunning Temple of Heaven, once a place of worship for the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Visit the 300-year old Siheyuan courtyard. Your tour guide will translate as the housekeeper of the courtyard gives a detailed account of the history, layout, Fengshui, and culture of the Siheyuan. After, enjoy a rickshaw ride through Huton, a maze of historic alleyways characterized by traditional single story courtyard houses which have become less common in recent years. Late afternoon transfer to airport for flight back.

Summer palace: is the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China, which also has long since been recognized as 'The Museum of Royal Gardens'. It covered 300.59 hectares (742.8 acres). There are over 3,000 man-made ancient structures which count building space of more than 70,000 square meters, including pavilions, towers, bridges, corridors, etc. The main part included Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mt.

Forbidden City:the biggest past palace of the world, about 1 square kilo meters include thousand house and building, as the power center of China more than 400 years before 1911.

Tiananmen Square:the biggest city square of the world in front of the Forbidden City, surround by the political center of China.

The Temple of Heaven Park :was the place where emperors of the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty held the Heaven Worship Ceremony. It is China's largest and most representative existing masterpiece among China’s ancient sacrificial buildings.

Great Wall –Mutianyu(less tourists). The Great Wall is a symbol of ancient Ch inese civilization and a world-renowned fortification. Stretching 6,350 kilometers on the mountains in Northern China, the Great Wall was first built in the 7th century B.C. and completed during the reign of the first Emperor of Qin.


Beijing HutongHutong is a neighborhood of narrows street or alleys, most commonly associated with Beijing. An ancient style of city planning, the grid-shaped streets in Hutongs were formed by joining the outer walls of Siheyuan (literally: courtyard surrounded by 4 buildings) homes together. These folk-style neighborhoods have a long history spanning over 1000 years,  even today, they are still inhabited and retained as an symbol of Beijing heritage.
