Taibei Alishan Mountain (B,L)
Morning ahead to Chiayi city by high speed bullet train(about 75 miunites), you guide will pick up you at Chiayi city train station. Then ahead to Alishan Mt which be thought as one landmark of Taiwan, afternoon, ahead to Nantou Hakone Onsen, sleep and enjoy hot spring SPA at Hakone Onsen.

About 8:30 depart from hotel for Sun Moon Lake by coach. Day tour visiting Wenwu Temple, Guanghua Island,Tse-en Pagoda, Holy Monk Shrine, later afternoon, your guide will see you off at Taichung railway station then back to Taibei by highspeed train.

Alishan Mountain Alishan Mountain range, which is part of the Central Mountain range, is the collective name of 18 peaks including Dadong Mountain. Ali Mountain is world famous for its 'five rare sites' including the Sunrise, the Ali Mountain Forest Railway, the famous Alishan Sacred Tree, the Grand Sea of Clouds, and the Flamboyant Cherry Blossom. It is said that one who has not been there will never know its wonderful beauty.
Sun Moon Lake Sun Moon Lake is located in Nantou County, Taipei City, surrounded by Mount Shuishe and Mount Dajian. It covers an area of 7.7 square kilometers and has an average water depth of 40 meters. Divided into northern and southern sections by an island called Guanghua, it gets the special name because the northern section resembles a rhombus-shaped sun while the southern section looks like a crescent-shaped moon.
Wenwu Temple, located near the north shore, pays homage to Confucius (551-479 BC), the founder of Confucianism. It also honors General Yue Fei (1103-1142) of the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279) and Guan Yu, a great general of Shu States in the Three Kingdoms (221-263). The temple is tall and splendid and is designed according to the features of the surrounding mountains.
Guanghua Island is the burial place of Xuan Zang (602-664), the monk who went to India on foot to seek the sutra. Finally, on the island, there is a pavilion named for Old Man under the Moon (the god of marriage
Taipei National Palace Museum The Taipei National Palace Museum houses the largest collection of priceless Chinese artifacts and artwork in the world, including ancient bronze castings, calligraphy, scroll paintings, porcelain, jade, and rare books, many of which were possessions of the former imperial family. The full collection, which consists of some 650,000 pieces, spans many dynasties. Each exhibit, however, puts on display only about 1,700 pieces at a time. At this rate, assuming a duration of three months for each exhibit, it will take 100 years to cycle through the entire collection!
Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall (National Taiwan Democracy Memorial Hall) was built to commemorate the former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek. Established in 1980, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall has a total area of two hundred and fifty thousand square meters. Occupying a large area, the memorial hall is covered with the colors of Taiwanese flag: blue, white, and red. The colors of the flag symbolize independence, equality, and universal love. Nowadays,Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall is an important landmark of Taipei that attracts large populations of visitors every year.
101 Tower Taipei 101 was the world's tallest building on earth with its 509 m height. It is located in the East of Taipei . The tower consists of 101 stories above the ground. The top floor is at 439 m. The total cost was about 1,7 billion US dollars. This tower has the worlds fastest elevators (doubledecker) they can get as fast as 63 km / h. The indoor observation deck is on the 89th floor (382m), where is a good place have a bird view of Taibei.
Tamsui Tamsui is a smaller city to the north of Taipei that was the center of shipping and commerce in northern Taiwan in the 19th century. The city is still popular with visitors from Taipei and boasts many historical attractions, and is a popular location for viewing the sunset.
