    Detail of itinerary:

Beginning-to-Believe Peak  is located east of North Sea in Huangshan Mountain at a height of 1,668 meters. Legend has it that in ancient times a man did not believe in the tales people told of the beauty of the Huangshan Mountain. He then traveled here and when he arrived at this Peak, he suddenly realized the truth in the people’s description of the mountains beauty, giving this place its name. Beginning-to-Believe Peak is noted for generous greenery and its shaped rocks. It is said: "The beauty of Huangshan is not fulfilled until you reach this peak". Every year, numerous visitors come in search of its charming beauty.

Flower-Scattering Valley :Being perched in the Beihai Scenic Area of Huangshan Mountain, the breathtaking Flower-Scattering Valley is another must-see for visitors. With Beihai Hotel on the left, the Flower-Scattering Valley is enclosed by perilous and grotesque peaks, in which picturesque rocks and legendary pines are ubiquitous. When spring turns into summer every year, the valley is packed with thousands of flowers in full blossom, mesmerizing and unparalleled in scenery. It seems that the flowers are scattered by fairies from heaven and that is where its name comes from. Above the Flower-Scattering Valley stands a viewing tower, on which the panoramic view of the valley could be commanded

The Cloud-dispelling Pavilion   is about 1 kilometer north of Flying-over Rock, which is the best place for admiring the unique rocks of West Sea in Huangshan Mountain, hence the name of Unique Rock Exhibition Hall. The pavilion was set up in 1935, located in the gate of West Sea. When clouds wind around, tier upon tier of mountains appear and disappear now and then, which look like numerous islands on the boundless sea. The marvelous scenery is very wonderful and majestic.

Lion Peak   A five- arched entrance is the gate vestige of the ancient lion stronghold in front of the peak. The peak has a platform, named "the Taixu Platform". The Chinese Tibet Buddhism Academy constructed it for commemorating the Taixu Master SO birthday in 1939. It is the best place to view the sunrise, the cloud and sea, the bright moonlight and the nature view. Hence the saying "Regrets in heart if you ascend the lion peak at Jiyun Mountian without viewing the beautiful sceneries". You will see two long and deep tracks upon mounting the Lion Peak.

Xihai Grand Canyon  is a newly-developed scenic area open to public on May, 2001. Covering the most prime scenery of Xihai Scenic Area (Western part of Huangshan Scenic Area), it starts at Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, linking White Cloud Area at Fairy-walking Bridge, and creating a breath-taking circular sightseeing route. Within its 25 square kilometers, there are many unique rock formations, such as Upside-down Boot, Lady Playing Piano, Dog Watching Sky, Man Walking on Stilt, and fantastic peaks; Archway Peak, Nine-dragon Peak, Double Bamboo Shoot Peak, Stone-bed Peak, Stone-pillar Peak and Pine Forest Peak, just to name a few. Lush pines abound in the area and the large historic ones have names. You become immersed in your surroundingsand find yourselves in an amazing painting. Scenery keeps changing as you walk on steep steps usually clinging to precipices. Every step reveals a breath-taking view so you can just point your camera and take a perfect photo almost everywhere on the way. No wonder it's also called Magic Scenic Area.

Huangshan Guest-Greeting Pine   stands beside the Green Lion Stone in the Huangshan Yuping Scenic Area. It is 1670 meters above sea level with the tree height of 9.91 m. Today, the Guest-Greeting Pine has become the representative of Huangshan pines, a symbol of the entire Huangshan. It is the pride of the entire nation; it represents a tough and tensile, lofty and unyielding character. Guest-Greeting Pine has graceful posture and powerful branches and trunk. Though it has experienced the weather-beaten, it still remains luxuriant and green and full of vitality. The central trunk stretches two 7.6-meter lateral branches forwards, just like a hospitable host waving his arms to warmly welcome guests all over the world who are visiting Yellow Mountain. Visiting here, tourists will suddenly increase interest in going on the tour and have a souvenir photo in succession. As a symbol of friendship between Chinese people and the people from the world, Guest-Greeting Pine has long been known in the world. Chinese leaders receive countless envoy of friendship in front of the huge traditional Chinese painting "Guest-Greeting Pine" in the Great Hall of the People. To be a national treasure, the Guest-Greeting Pine fully deserves.
